007: How counseling saved our marriage

Life is hard! Ah! Especially during a season where a global pandemic has wrecked our economy, broken up our daily routine, and brought an added stress to our homes.

At different points in life, we will all go through different seasons of change. Some will lose jobs, grieve a parent, experience triggers from childhood trauma, or disconnect from our spouse. Having an expert to help us walk through that season will help us cope with the pain it can bring.

Today, we talk about our story that lead us to our counselor’s office. The difference between therapy, counselling, and coaching. We talk about when to go to a counselor, why, And we share that we what type of coaching we are in right now!
